We deliver orders across Bangladesh.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• Inside Dhaka: estimated delivery in 1–3 business days after dispatch.
• Outside Dhaka: estimated delivery in 3–5 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Courier schedules, public holidays, weather and other disruptions may cause delays. Contact us if your order has not arrived within the expected time.

Shipping charges and payment

Our current Bangladesh delivery option is Free Shipping. Any applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you place your order. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.

Dispatch and tracking

We may contact you to confirm your order or delivery details. Tracking information will be shared when available.

Wrong, damaged or defective items

Please report these issues within 7 days of delivery, in line with our Return & Refund Policy. Include your Order ID and clear photos or videos of the package and product. Contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct instructions and return address.

Please enter an accurate address and a reachable phone number at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete details can cause delays, failed deliveries or additional delivery charges.
